A one-of-a-kind program where a select group of wounded men and women from the IDF and security forces, guided by some of the best lecturers and trainers in the field, craft powerful and inspiring talks based on their personal stories and their journey of resilience and renewal.

This 15-session program combines in-person workshops in central Israel with one-on-one Zoom sessions, offering both group learning and individual guidance.

By the end of the program, participants have the opportunity to join RESTORY, Restart’s professional speakers’ network, and launch a career as a paid motivational speaker.

The program includes interactive workshops, personal assignments, and private coaching sessions. Meetings take place in an intimate, supportive environment that encourages connection, trust, and the creation of something truly meaningful.

The Storytellers Program was founded by Yael Man Shahar in 2020. Since its founding, Yael has continued to lead and moderate the program, personally mentoring each participant and helping them shape their story into a compelling and authentic lecture.

Yael is a lecturer, speaker coach, shadow writer, and the founder of Blue Pinecone, a company specializing in storytelling and personal communication development.
